Attendees: Don Alfonzo, Eelco Giele, Jennifer Barber, Jeroen Burger,
Jeroen Metselaar, Jos Dingjan, Leo Breebaart, Michel "Cybercat" Lanting,
Nick, Rolf Milde, TimT., Uwe Milde, me and according to someone's
scribblings on my notes "ZORRO WAS HERE!" too.


Having tasted the delights of Delft once, our American Guest of
Honou^Hr, Jennifer, came back for more. This time the venue was the
Trafalgar Pub in Eindhoven where quotes were drunk, and drinks were
quoted.

TimT. and Jennifer arrived half an hour late courtesy of the Dutch
Railways. Alas, they missed the sequel to Rotterdam 1.0's juggling
ball/IP address geekery: the suggestion to recreate Library's IP address
with real balls. Volunteers?

An hour later, Cybercat padded in so quietly that some of us didn't
notice him sitting at the end of the dinner table. He soon got Eelco's
attention by ordering a second round of dinner instead of dessert like
the rest of us. A peckish Eelco was forced to circle enviously, wishing
he'd thought of it too. He'd obviously been suffering during the Food

Ownership Training: Eelco - "So I'm stealing Kimberley's food from my
plate." He can be taught!

At the end of dinner toothpicks were whittled down to size and then
launched as Inter Table Toothpicks. Any excuse to whip out the
Leathermans.

Leaving the dinner table we tucked ourselves away in the furthest,
darkest corner of the pub, away from the mundanes. We soon had cause to
bless the Germans, Rolf and Uwe, when they started to produce all things
deliciously chocolate from their bags. Serious scientific experiments
were conducted to prove the existence of yellow 2 x 3 edible lego
bricks. They do exist. But not for very long.

With mouths full of food diverse topics came to light: musicals (the
reason for Jennifer's travels), Leo and Cybercat's underwear and
hamburgers in Moscow. Piercings were waggled at the squeamish while
TimT. and Jeroen B. waved miniature supersoakers with Serious Menace.
