Subject: [ANNOUNCE][F] Last Chance Meet, Cambridge, 10th August

Date: Saturday 10th August
Time: From 1 pm
Location: 1-5 pm The Bath Ale House on Benet Street, Cambridge
5-11 pm The Regal on Regent Street, Cambridge
          (see map at <URL: >)
          (mobile numbers available on request)

As many of you already know, Nattie and I are getting married on the
17th. Which, obviously, clashes with the con. [1]

It's not going to be a big wedding, so we couldn't invite all our
friends from afp, and many of those we have invited have had to
decline because of the con. Therefore we are having a meet a week
beforehand for people that would like to wish us well but won't be at
the wedding proper. [2]

Someone did volunteer to organise said meet, but then forgot about it;
therefore we're having to arrange it ourselves now.

We expect the usual drinking, eating, geeking, bullshitting, vommery,
por^H^Hhotography and obscene arrangement of fluffy toys. This will
also, of course, be your last chance to persuade us that we're making
a terrible mistake.

Crash space at our place is taken, but there will probably be some
space with other Cambridge afpers. Please contact us with requests
and offers.

[1] We picked the day first! We just, er, didn't announce it.
[2] There should be a webcam and IRCing at the reception for the
entertainment of those who aren't there.
