Principal pages have been submitted for a Bobby check. The designer has decided not to conform rigidly to Bobby standards. Instead the pages have been constructed to degrade gracefully. If any disabled user has difficulty navigating them, please e-mail the designer, and he will attempt to rectify the problem.
