'I am pleased to confirm that, as from May 1998, Transworld will publish
Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels in both hardback and paperback with
Discworld hardcovers published under the Doubleday imprint and
paperbacks under the Corgi imprint.

Terry's last Gollancz hardback, Jingo, will be published this November,
together with the Corgi paperback of Hogfather, and Terry will be doing
his regular three week book shop signing tour to promote both books
starting on 6 November. Though Transworld will be publishing the
Discworld novels, Gollancz will still retain links with Discworld and
will continue to publish new tie-in titles in the future.

Doubleday's first Discworld hardback, The Last Continent, will be
published on 07 May 1998 together with a new Corgi map, Map Of The
Ramtop Mountains.
